A Japanese anime and gaming convention is hosting its second annual event later this month, featuring Fortnite tournaments, arcade stations and cosplay galore for all its attendees.
Yumicon, which was held at the Wonderland of Americas in 2018, changed its location to the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center due to the success it had last year, owner Justin Fenix told mySA.com. This month, the event will be from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 30.
From Mario Cart to Dragon Ball Z, the expo will have several classic games for guests to enjoy including arcade tournaments and free-play stations. There will also be board and card games that will be provided by the San Antonio Library.

Yumicon's guest of honor will be voice actor Melissa Fahn from "Cowboy Bebob" and "Invader Zim." Celebrity cosplay guests will also be in attendance, Fenix said.
Along with the games, the event will have a cosplay contest, live entertainment, prizes, exhibitors and game developers scattered throughout the convention center.
The regular badge admission is $20 and the premium badge is $40, according to its website. Children between the ages of 7 to 12 can enjoy the event for $10 and kids under the of six can get in for free.
